We all remember the attack of 9/11. It was incredibly traumatic and painful. Yet, more fell from the sky than those dreaded planes, and more came tumbling down than majestic buildings. Something much “higher” happened in the immediate wake of that darkness, and this is what I think. Love fell from the heavens, and our personal “walls” came tumbling down. “Their” hate morphed quickly into “our” growing love leaving the days and weeks after the tragedy very rich for our collective relationships. For a season of time, we actually became our “brothers keeper”. I fondly remember the incredible outpouring of love, tolerance, and Simple Encouragement® that came to exist between us all, and it all happened so naturally. Do you remember the sweetness of those times? We don’t have to wait for another national tragedy to embrace the Simple Encouragement® Movement. Perhaps we just need to reflect and remember the season of time when love fell from the heavens, and our personal “walls” crumbled to dust.

Noun-Nature to Verb-Essence
Discovering the Very Best Within You
Like most people, you're a noun, complete with a name and a birth certificate classifying you as a human being. Those around you associate your name with particular roles and while that's special enough, think it through. There are lots of people who bear your very same name, and they fulfill very similar roles.
What I'm referring to is your "noun-nature" and while it gives you a place in the world, deep on the inside, you know that there's so much more! Deep on the inside, you have an intrinsic and indispensable quality that only you can bring to this time, and to this place. You see, we come into the world as nouns and develop our "noun-natures", but a second awakening yearns for release.
What I'm referring to is your "Verb-Essence", and there's even a name to express it! Of course, a verb is a word that expresses an action defining the connection between two or more people. "Nouns" exist within roles, but "Verbs" have something specific to do, an impact to make, and life-giving essence to share.
You know that you've arrived when you become a verb, and "Noun-Nature to Verb-Essence ~ Discovering the Very Best Within You" takes you on a fun and fascinating journey from everyday "noun-nature" into your deepest reason for being, your new name, and your unique "Verb-Essence".
As the noun "Thomas", I fulfill some wonderful roles and functions, but as the verb "Encouraging", I complete my life's purpose with every breathe that I take. As Encouraging, I stimulate others to discover and express their deepest verb-essence, taking their lives from now to wow!
